What’s a “guided practica”? Half-way thru the practica I will offer a 5 minute mini-lesson, step or concept to inspire your practice, after which I will circulate, available to assist those who wish. If you are not interested, simply go on with your practice. I only ask that for the presentation you respectfully pay attention. Give it a try. You might find it useful.
Why? – This is the tradition in Buenos Aires, and encourages actual practice. After being the guest presenter at a guided practica in Portland, Maine last fall, I decided it would be useful to do in Halifax, where we have so many levels coming together. So far, reception has been favourable.
The practica is accessible for all levels and even new beginners.
